Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Any-Press LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit bim-press.com and use the tools linked from it (the "Site"). We try to collect as little as possible.

1. Information you give us

When you use the Contact, Report an Error or Join forms, the Site opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. When you send it, we receive whatever you included, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use it only to reply to you, fix problems you report, and keep you updated if you asked us to.

2. Files you use in our tools

Unless a tool clearly says otherwise, files and data you open in our tools are processed in your web browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

4. Cookies

We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

5. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as hosting and email), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Third-party sites

The Site links to other websites and services, such as YouTube and TotalStationTech.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

7. Data retention

We keep emails and messages only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you've sent us, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
